IMSinstantpay provides services to domestic and international merchants. We provide complete solutions for retail, eCommerce, mail order and high risk businesses with ACH eCheck processing. Our payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, Amex, JCB and ACH. Your country of residence is not a factor in securing a merchant account with IMSinstantpay. Our services are as follows:

International Merchant Accounts

International Merchant Accounts require incorporation be done in the bank’s jurisdiction.
Unlimited volume, low discount rate and quick approvals.
All business types accepted.
Merchants with high chargeback rates accepted.
Merchant on CIRF and MATCH list accepted.
No credit score or background check.
Payouts with international banks will be twice a week or 3 times a week or weekly with 7-10 days delay.

3rd Party or Aggregation Merchant Accounts

Third party accounts are for merchants that have difficulties maintaining their own merchant accounts or have consistently high chargebacks. These merchants share an account within a large merchant portfolio until they are mature enough or have enough credit card processing history to obtain their own merchant account number. Merchant discount rates are favourable within this portfolio because the account is protected from chargebacks and high credit card processing volume within the merchant portfolio. Third party merchant accounts are for the following types of merchants:

New business with no credit card processing history.
Merchants with high chargebacks, refunds, and returns.
Merchants that are considered high risk.
Merchants that are consistently averaging more than 1% in chargebacks a month.
TMF (Terminated Merchant File ), MATCH and CIRF Merchants.
Merchants under the Visa/MasterCard chargeback reduction program.
Merchants that are not incorporated within a jurisdiction.
Payouts are weekly with 10 days delay.
Approvals are done within 48 hours.

United States and Canada Merchant Accounts

Merchant discount rates are favourable.
Multiple currencies available.
Payouts are daily with no reserves.
Canadian Merchant with high chargebacks and on CIRF will be accepted.
United States merchants on MATCH will be accepted as well.

High Risk ACH checking Accounts for International, United States and Canadian Merchants

IMSinstantpay process electronic checks, guaranteed checks, web checks, check collections (delinquent ACH checks), and checks-by-phone.
ACH checks for outbound/inbound telemarketing, mail/phone orders, catalogue sales, recurring billing, travel, tobacco-cigar/cigarettes, MLMs, pharmaceuticals/herbal, debt collections, and utility companies.
International and Canadian merchants can process U.S. ACH checks.
Unlimited ACH check volume.
Underwriting requirements are less stringent than credit cards .
Excellent ACH virtual terminal for single transactions, batch uploads and re-occurring billing for eCommerce merchants, API available as well.
Iphone appliation and virtual terminal available for ACH transactions.
Majority of American citizens have access to ACH through their saving and checking accounts.
